The Leadership Team of Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Iowa has years of experience in youth development and specialized fields. They come with the passion, talent, and resolve to meet the needs of our kids.
​Our Operations Team oversees the quality and function of Club programming and empowers youth to build great futures.
Our Resource Development Team ensures fundraising and development activities to build visibility, impact, and financial resources.

Our Pathways Directors manage overall daily operations of the Club site with the primary concern for programs and service delivery, supervision and training of staff, community relations, and membership administration.
